2. Loan Referral Service

Lendify Today is not a lender and does not make loans or credit decisions. We operate as a referral service that connects consumers with a network of third-party lenders and lending partners. When you submit a request through our online form, we collect your personal and financial information and share it with lenders in our network who may be able to offer you a loan.

We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender, receive a loan offer, or be approved for any specific loan amount, rate, or terms. Loan amounts, rates, fees, and terms vary by lender and are subject to the lender's own underwriting criteria and your financial profile.

3. Credit Decisions

Lendify Today does not make credit decisions. If you are connected with a lender, the lender may perform a credit check as part of their approval process. This may include a hard inquiry that could affect your credit score, or a soft inquiry that does not affect your score. The type of credit check performed is determined by the individual lender.

4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, a legal resident of the United States, and have a valid bank account. Our services may not be available in all states. Completion of the request form does not guarantee eligibility for a loan.

5. Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information you provide through our website is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial of service or termination of your access to our website. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

6. Electronic Disclosure and Consent

By using our website and submitting your information, you consent to receive electronic communications, including disclosures, notices, and agreements. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its rules. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

If your claim is for less than $75,000, Lendify Today may cover arbitration filing fees. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
